- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

8. Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to permanently delete your Test Pilot Pro account and all associated personal data. We provide two methods to exercise this right:
8.1 In-App Deletion
While logged into the Test Pilot Pro app, navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen confirmation. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.
8.2 Web-Based Deletion URL (For Uninstalled Users)
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, use our dedicated account deletion web page:

This page works without reinstalling the app. You will need to verify your identity (via the email address associated with your account). After verification, your deletion request will be processed automatically.
8.3 Data Deletion Scope & Timeline
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our active systems:
- Immediate deletion (within 48 hours): Account profile (name, email, profile picture), app submissions, tester feedback, testing reports, preferences, and all directly associated records.
- Delayed deletion (retained for 90 days): Log data, analytics events, and backup copies used for fraud prevention and debugging. These are automatically purged after 90 days.
- Legal/tax retention (7 years): Transaction/payment records (only kept separately in anonymized, unlinked form for tax compliance). These cannot be deleted earlier under Indian tax law.
Request confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete. If you do not receive confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us at factictionary@gmail.com.
8.4 Important Prerequisites
- You must cancel any active paid subscription before requesting deletion. Unpaid balances (if any) must be settled.
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your app submissions and tester history cannot be restored.
- If you are a developer with ongoing testing campaigns (14-day test cycles), you should request deletion only after completing or abandoning those campaigns.
8.5 Manual Deletion Assistance
If you cannot use the in-app method or the web URL, you can request manual deletion by emailing factictionary@gmail.com with the subject line "ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST – [Your Email]". Please send the email from the registered email address. We will process your request within 10 business days.
